Soak in the sunshine by the cool waters of Lake Pleasant. From boating and fishing to camping and hiking, this scenic lake is a must for outdoor recreation.
Just an hour north of the heart of Phoenix, the reservoir has been expanded to feature 114 miles of shoreline prime for family fun. There’s a 10-lane boat ramp, and parking for 200 vehicles.
Grab your boat, pole and fishing license to get bites from the likes of white bass, largemouth bass, striped bass, channel catfish, and black crappie. In addition to fishing, you’ll also find this to be a great spot for watersports, hiking, biking, and camping.
The 165 campsites range from tent and primitive to improved sites with full hookups. There are 14 group-use areas, 450 picnic sites, four overlooks, and a full-service marina equipped to handle 1,000 boats. This place is all set for your arrival.
Park is open daily, year-round.
