1th Annual Wickenburg Walks to Boot Breast Cancer



Sponsored by Wickenburg Breast Cancer Network, Inc. to fund mammograms and other diagnostics for women and men. Team awards for most members, most $s raised and best costumes. Walkers receive T-shirt (Oct 1 deadline), drawing ticket for prizes and coupons for local restaurants and shops. The theme for 2019 is “fight Like a Girl”  Dogs on a leash welcome.

    [Oct 12] The first BurroCross event in Arizona. A pre-run ceremony at 9 a.m. on E. Main Street. Runners and burros then depart, traversing either a 6-mile introductory course or a 12-mile competitive course before returning to the finish line on E. Main Street. Spectators are encouraged to attend this exciting, family-friendly event, which will also feature a beer garden and vendors.
