Sedona Full Moon Lantern Festival

Live music and cultural dance performances, calligraphy art exhibition, vortex tour, and Wellness classes (sound healing, detox, Qi-Gong, Qi-Energy calligraphy), children’s crafts, and face painting.

Sedona Full Moon Lantern Festival is a sacred time of celebration and festivities, a time to express love, gratitude, and sincere wishes for your family and friends. Traditionally regarded as a time of remembering, reflecting and honoring loved ones who have passed.

The highlight of the evening is an opportunity to light and float a lantern, filled with your intentions for joy, peace, and prosperity. You can write a wish for yourself, friends, family and/or loved ones who have departed. Assisted by the transformative nature of fire, you’ll set your intentions alight and send them off at Mago Healing Lake. Through guided, outdoor meditations we will harness the energies of the Full Moon and sacred vortex sites to bless and amplify your intentions of the celebration.

Your time at Sedona Mago Retreat Center you will experience the powerful, motherly nature and vortex energies magnified by the powers of the full moon.  You will rejoice and celebrate your expanded consciousness embraced by our sacred land of majestic red rocks and beautiful natural surroundings.

You will end your experience by envisioning and creating hope with a new clear intention of your new, expanded future!

Attend our Full Moon Lantern Festival on Saturday, September 14th ONLY, between 2 pm – 9 pm, or spend the night at Sedona Mago Retreat Center and enjoy the Sunrise Meditation (optional).
