The annual gathering is held this year on August 8, 9, & 10 when more than 40 poets and singers convene to help perpetuate and preserve the culture, traditions, and history of cowboy poetry. The Prescott Gathering is respected by cowboy poets as one of the best gatherings in the country because it helps preserve the true “working cowboy” culture and heritage. You can even meet many of the performers during free day sessions and hear how they craft their stories. Doors open for the night performances at 6pm, show starts at 7pm.
