Seasonal Splendor at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

Illuminate the holidays with Christmas at the Princess, one of Arizona's most beloved seasonal traditions. The annual event takes place at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess resort and offers attractions, activities and festivities for the whole family to enjoy.

Every holiday season, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess transforms into a winter wonderland for Christmas at The Princess, a time-honored event delighting tens of thousands of Arizona locals and visitors.

This year, Christmas at The Princess runs from November 17 through January 6. Spread over 65 acres, the luxury resort goes all out bringing the holiday magic. Guests will find joy in all the event has to offer, including a ferris wheel, ice skating, light displays, and of course, Santa Claus.

Christmas at The Princess is in its fourteenth year in Scottsdale and every year the event seems to get bigger and better. The Village, located on the resort's lawn, is a holiday carnival featuring The Chair Lift, a 95 foot tall ferris wheel and Snow Mountain, a 120 foot long ice slide, plus an ice maze, ice skating and the all-new Nordic Nine Mini Golf. Entry to The Village is included with admission.

Guests can glide and twirl on the ice at the Desert Ice Skating Rink, then warm up by a glowing fire. To really make the season merry and bright, The Princess offers private igloo and fire pit rentals. New to the 2023 season is Aurora Ice, a glacial, one-of-a-kind game and lounge experience where everything is made of real ice. It's a true Arctic wonderland in the desert, complete with an ethereal glow inspired by the Northern Lights. Admission to Aurora Ice is available at an additional cost.

Dining at The Princess is always top-notch and only gets better during the holiday season. The resort's restaurants are decked out for the occasion and feature seasonal specials. Food and beverage stands are also set up throughout the property offering festive treats and drinks.
