Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Tucson

Visit the Phoenix area for the Heard Museum—including both a main museum and two smaller outposts—offering an outstanding collection of Arizona American Indian art, artifacts, crafts, photography, and other cultural and historical exhibits. Just down the road, the Phoenix Art Museum houses more than 17,000 works of classic and modern art, and hosts traveling exhibitions from world-famous artists.
