Enjoy a delicious South of the Border meal & talk by Stephen Moss, one of Britain’s leading nature writers, about his book Ten Birds That Changed the World. A distinguished author, TV producer & naturalist based in Somerset, Stephen was born in London, read English at Cambridge before joining the BBC. He produced the BAFTA award-winning Springwatch, The Nature of Britain and Birds Britannia, while his books include a series of ‘bird biographies’. No Host Bar opens at 5:30PM. Dinner at 6PM.
