55th Annual Lake Havasu Gem & Mineral Show
The Lake Havasu Gem and Mineral Society is thrilled to present the 55th annual Lake Havasu Gem and Mineral Show. The show features minerals, fossils, and rock collections from around the world, as well as demonstrations during the event, including geode cracking. New and favorite vendors offer an abundance of jewelry, faceted and cabochon jewels, fossils, tools, slabs and other rock related gifts. There will be hourly door prizes, a scavenger hunt, games, and prizes for kids, as well as food and beverage service. There will be raffle baskets with treasures donated by the Society and members of our community. The proceeds of the raffle baskets will fund the Society’s scholarship fund, which benefits local high school students who will continue their studies in Earth Science or a related discipline.
The Lake Havasu Gem and Mineral Society is dedicated to educating our members and the community about geology, rocks, gems and minerals. Since we live in a geologically significant area, we always welcome all rock and mineral related questions.
