Cabal Cellars

Cabal Cellars is a "custom-crush" collective/collaboration between the teams from Passion Cellars and Salvatore Vineyards. Employees are involved in each aspect of the winemaking process from selecting the grape varietals, to choosing the wine-making style, creating unique blends, and designing the labels. Cabal Cellars takes winemaking to new heights combining traditional methods with innovative twists. Each wine is crafted from grapes harvested in Willcox, Arizona and aged to create a wine found only at Cabal Cellars. Notable variations include a dry Moscato and a fruity Chablis Chardonnay.
