Archwood Exchange

Archwood Exchange was conceived in 2016 and put in motion in 2017 by four concerned community members that wanted to make a difference. The mission was to fill the void of consistent and genuine support for local small black-owned businesses to reach immediate financial independence goals and a long-term mark of generational wealth.

As of 2023, Archwood Exchange has hosted over 100 events, helped launch dozens of new businesses, supported 200 plus small businesses, created over 20 local jobs, and influenced how we spend our dollars to ensure we support those that support us.

Our nonprofit ACRES (Archwood Community Resource Empowerment Strategy) was established to help us help the community on a larger scale.
