Housed in the 1921 First National Bank Building, the Old Trails Museum has retained the original marble-faced counters, mosaic tile floor, and vault, which provide a historic backdrop for its exhibits and collections.
The Old Trails Museum’s permanent exhibits tell the general history of the town alongside images and artifacts donated by decades of museum supporters. Topics include the Santa Fe Railway, area ranches and trading posts, Historic Route 66, Winslow’s historic airport, and Harvey Houses, Harvey Girls, and La Posada Hotel.
Visitors also enjoy the OTM Museum Store, which specializes in regional Navajo and Hopi arts and crafts, books on local and regional history, and our annual historical calendar featuring images of Winslow’s history.
