Eligibility
This Arizona Restaurant Week Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
The Giveaway Sponsor(s) is/are Arizona Restaurant Association located at 3900E E Camelback Rd #200, Phoenix, AZ 85018. Sponsor will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway. Sponsor may be reached by email at [email protected] during the Entry Period.

The Giveaway Sponsor(s) is/are Blazin’ M Ranch, Verde Canyon Railroad, The Pines Inn, Sedonuts, Out of Africa, and Caduceus Cellars located at Cottonwood, AZ. Sponsor will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules. Sponsors are responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsors with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway. Sponsors may be reached by email at [email protected] during the Entry Period.

Entries will be accepted online starting on 5/19/2026 at 12 PM AZ Time] and ending [end date, time, and time zone]. All online entries must be received by 5/24/2026 at 12 AM Arizona Time

- The 3 winner(s) of the Giveaway (the “Winner(s)”) will receive 1 $100 giftcard to a preselected restaurant from ARA, prize value is $100 each giftcard. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the sponsor.
- The prize(s) has/have been donated by Sponsor’s partner in the Giveaway: Arizona Restaurant Association. Sponsorship by the Arizona Office of Tourism in the Giveaway is not an endorsement of any specific commercial products, process, service, manufacturer, company, or trademark, nor discrimination against similar products or services not mentioned. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
- Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. No other substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. A Form 1099-MISC will be issued to a Winner of a prize valued over $600, in which case Winner must provide Sponsor(s) with a valid Social Security number or tax identification number before prize will be awarded. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor(s) to use Winner's social media handle or name and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

3 Winner(s) will be selected by [a random drawing] under the supervision of Woobox. The Winner(s) will be notified by IG story within 1 day following selection of the Winner(s). Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return required documentation requested by Sponsor, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. - Odds.
The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Giveaway. - WARNING:
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, Sponsor may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss or any kind arising out of your participation in the Giveaway. THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF ARIZONA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees to resolve any disputes through arbitration, after exhausting applicable administrative review, to the extent required by Arizona Revised Statutes § 12-1518, except as may be required by other applicable statutes; and that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Maricopa County, Arizona having jurisdiction. Official Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility:
The Hit the Road and Count the Parks: AZ Parks Passport Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to individuals who hold a valid AZ Parks Passport pass ("Passholders") at the time of entry. Entrants must comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. MST on April 19, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on April 19, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").
3. How to Enter:
Eligible Passholders can earn entries by checking in to participating parks using the AZ Parks Passport. Each eligible park check-in constitutes one entry into the Sweepstakes. The more check-ins completed during the Sweepstakes Period, the more entries an individual will receive.
4. Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
- One (1) Arizona State Parks Annual Day Use Pass
- Additional Arizona-themed promotional items ("Arizona swag")
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or prize substitution is permitted.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The drawing will take place within ten (10) business days after the Sweepstakes ends.
The potential winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Passport account. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of notification, or if eligibility requirements are not met, an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of the sponsor.
6. General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.
The sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to, any malfunction of the Passport platform, network connections, or any other errors that may affect the ability to enter or win the Sweepstakes.
7. Release and Limitations of Liability:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Arizona Office of Tourism and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
8. Privacy:
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy applicable to the AZ Parks Passport program.
