Phantom Ranch

In 1922 Colter designed this rustic inn at the bottom of Grand Canyon. Over the years, additional sleeping quarters were added, but the environmentally sensitive design built of wood and native stone remains intact. It provides a beautiful and restful respite for hikers at the bottom of Grand Canyon National Park.
