Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum

This indoor and outdoor museum is dedicated to conserving the Sonoran Desert by protecting native plants and animals, providing educational programming, maintaining and improving the museum's collection of plants and animals and supporting research and advancing scientific understanding of the desert. Admission to the museum includes:

  • Orientation & complimentary docent-led grounds tours
  • Two miles of walking trails through various Sonoran Desert habitats
  • 16 individual desert botanical gardens
  • Admission to the Ironwood Art Gallery presenting the best of traveling exhibitions with Sonoran Desert-related themes
