Chamber Music Sedona Presents Imani Winds and Michelle Cann Concert

Chamber Music Sedona is pleased to welcome Imani Winds and Michelle Cann to the stage for the next concert of its 43rd season, taking place on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at 3 p.m. at the Sedona Performing Arts Center. This extraordinary collaboration between the trailblazing, 2024 GRAMMY®-winning wind quintet and the celebrated pianist Michelle Cann will feature a vibrant program that journeys from France to North and South America — blending classical tradition, jazz influence and contemporary innovation.

Imani Winds, the trailblazing, genre-defying wind quintet known for championing cultural diversity in classical music, has inspired audiences worldwide for more than 25 years. The 2024 GRAMMY-winning ensemble—Brandon Patrick George, Toyin Spellman-Diaz, Kevin Newton, Mark Dover, and Monica Ellis—continues to push boundaries through adventurous programming and global performances.

They join forces with acclaimed pianist Michelle Cann, a 2025 GRAMMY winner celebrated for her powerful interpretations of Florence Price and performances with major orchestras including Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
