Hidden away in the secluded hills of Spain, the convent of St. Teresa has stood unchanged for nearly three centuries. Amidst the daily activities of the nuns below, a mystery lingers: who tends to the candle in the room atop the stairs?
Imagine this as a unique addition to your shelf, sparking curiosity as visitors try to peek inside and ponder what lies beyond. The enchantment of this miniature lies in its ability to evoke the illusion of something unseen at the staircase’s summit, complemented by the candle on the table, seemingly free of any wires.
