Beginning Friday, April 19th at 3:00 PM is the Kickoff Event. At 3:30 PM Teams will choose an envelope to draw a Genre, Character, Line of Dialogue, and Prop to include. Then it’s lights, camera, action—writing, filming, and editing, before submitting the film by Sunday, April 21st, at 3:30 PM. The Film Festival begins on Sunday at 3:30 PM. Films must be between 3 to 5 minutes, excluding credits.
