Technology In Archaeology Free Lecture Series

As part of the Annual Arizona Scitech Festival, Pueblo Grande Museum will be hosting the lecture series Technology in Archaeology: LASERS (Link. Archaeology. Science. Entertainment. Research. Scholarship.) presented each Friday in February at noon. These 45-minute lunch time lectures will explore how technology is used in archaeology practice, research, preservation and in museums: from lasers to radar, to 3-D printing and drones! This lecture series is sponsored in part by the Phoenix Chapter of the Arizona Archaeology Society, the Arizona Archaeological Council, and the Pueblo Grande Museum Auxiliary.

This AZ Scitech Festival lecture series is free and open to the public, sponsored in part by the Phoenix Chapter of the Arizona Archaeology Society, the Arizona Archaeological Council, and the Pueblo Grande Museum Auxiliary. Information on individual presentations will be updated on the pueblogrande.com closer to the event.
