FRIED, French Fry & Music Festival

Apr 20th

  • Hours11am-7pm
  • Admission$16

On Saturday, April 20, 2024, the world’s favorite side dish takes center stage once again at the 3rd FRIED, French Fry & Music Festival, at Margaret T. Hance Park in Downtown Phoenix. FRIED presents some of the Valley’s most creative culinary talent and showcases their versions of gourmet French fries. Smaller sample sizes will be available for attendees who want to try as many vendors as possible, while larger portions for sharing (or not sharing) with friends and family will be available as well.

This event is a French fry-topia. The 20-plus participants make everything from carne asada and pulled pork fries to kimchee, chorizo, lobster, and even sometimes Bolognese fries. There are Cali burritos with fries, French fry tacos, and even pizza fries. It's basically heaven on earth. On stage, the music line-up includes local indie-rock bands and DJ's.

Also part of the festivities: lawn games from AZ Board Source, bars with craft beer and wine, a local vendor marketplace, and other culinary offerings like burgers, desserts, and of course, more fried foods. Attendees can ride bikes to the festival, take a ride share, or park anywhere in the Roosevelt Row neighborhood and discover the local businesses of Downtown Phoenix.

This event benefits Downtown Phoenix, Inc., a community group that works to make Downtown Phoenix a vibrant, inclusive, world-class city.
