Attention art lovers! Artlink, the non-profit credited with establishing Downtown Phoenix’s amazing First Fridays and the organization responsible for connecting artists and businesses to the community is proud to announce the month-long celebration of Art Detour, which celebrates its 35th year March 1st – March 31st. Art Detour is an all-inclusive celebration of art, creativity and culture that features events and exhibitions throughout the state. The event schedule offers art patrons, collectors and art lovers a broader range of ways in which to engage with artists and destinations throughout the state, including “Detour Daytrips” that will highlight destinations throughout Arizona, in partnership with Arizona Commission on the Arts. Art Detour is made possible through the year-round support and participation of Artlink partners: Arizona Commission on the Arts, City of Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture, Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust, Flinn Foundation, Downtown Phoenix Inc., Park Central, Valley Metro, FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel, Website Butlers, CLYint, Ivio Agency, Artlink Articipants and volunteers.
