Since 2008, winemakers and owners, Irlyn and Gavin have been making wines, growing to more than 20 wine varietals and two lines of wine: Gallifant Cellars and SouthPaw Cellars). Gallifant wines are single varietal, exceptionally handcrafted with a taste of the Old World. SouthPaw Cellars (they're both left-handed) are blends with a flair for fun and all that Arizona has to offer!
