Douglas Days 2014 - A Celebration of Douglas' Past, Present and Future Friday and Saturday - May 16-17, 2014. A Kickoff Parade will take place on Friday at 5 p.m.,honoring Past Mayors. Primary Festival will be held at Raul Castro Park located on 10th Street between D and E Avenues; however, activities will take place throughout the community. Entertainment will include Local and Outside Bands: Los Gallegos, Michael "Maikito" Pelayo, Hanna Hurtado and Kevin Alvarado, Prime Time, Sabor Latino, La Orchesta del Cobre, and more; Dance groups; Games; Food; Ethnic Food Tasting; Bed Races; Douglas Diablos Professional Baseball Game at Copper King Stadium; Adult Soccer Tournament; Youth Baseball Tournament; Free Swimming at Aquatic Center.
