Chandler’s best hotel and resort rates are available in the summer, and with fewer crowds, you’ll have plenty of space to chill with your family and see Arizona’s sights.
Chandler has a host of cool things to do all summer long! Bring the family and choose a little retail therapy, a little pool time or do a little of everything. Chandler will help you and your brood relax and unwind in style.
Cool, Playful Chandler
With energy to burn, kids are always looking for something fun, exciting and interactive on vacation. And Chandler has the family-fun centers to keep them busy.
They can literally bounce off the walls at Jumpstreet, an indoor trampoline park. Trampolines stretch up the wall at an angle.
They can also find four distinct play areas at Makutu’s Island family center, with a 25-foot “oak tree,” surrounded by the Pirates Cove, Palm Slide and Blue Fantasy Tree.
Remember winter? You might just welcome it this time of year, but you won’t have to shovel any sidewalks or scrape any car windows. Enjoy the fun of winter without winter chore drudgery at Polar Ice Chandler, an indoor skating rink. You’ll really escape the heat, and kids will get a cool, winter treat during summer. Just check for open skate times scheduled throughout the week, lace up your skates and then take a glide on the ice!
You can also make a splash this summer with outdoor fun. At any of Chandler’s water parks, the kids – and mom and dad – can splash and play in the parks’ water slides, current rivers and water vortexes. Thoughtfully positioned shade structures offer sun protection, too. There’s plenty of aquatic fun for everyone! The water parks are open daily, and admission prices start at only $1.
After the pool, why not try a little retail therapy at any of Chandler’s shopping centers. You’ll enjoy the cool comfort of indoor shopping centers, like the area’s regional, upscale and family-friendly mall – Chandler Fashion Center, where you’re sure to get some cool finds.
