Red Hot Patriot, The Kick-Ass Wit of Molly Ivins,  A play about 3 time Pulitzer prize nominee and syndicated political columnist Molly Ivins who wrote, “Good thing we still have politics—finest form of entertainment  ever evented.”
 
Evening   Performances at 7:30 PM  April 3, 4, 5 11, 12  Matinee at 2 PM  April 12
Ticket Price Varies  Visit  www.ElksOperaHouse.com to purchase tickets online or call the Box Office 928 777 1370.  Box Office open Tues – Fri. 10 AM to 2 PM.  Ticket prices range $10 - $18.
 
Sunday April 6  at 2 PM  FREE and OPEN to the Public the following events at the Elks Opera House.
 
 The Ray Parker Story,  A  Documentary Film that explores the challenge of running an underground newspaper in a POW camp inside WWII's Germany. 
 
 Symposium on Journalism & Ethics with journalist/scholars from AZ and the public participating.
 
 Electronic Photo Journalism Lecture, Exhibit & Competition  Top three submission will be profiled and cash awards will be presented .
 
 In Memoriam for the 1000+  Reporters Killed On the Job Since 1992     This event honors the over 1000 journalists killed on the job since 1992.
